These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 999pkr platform, including all betting, casino, slots, and payment services. Please read this Agreement carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by 999pkr (hereinafter "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 999pkr platform and close any account you may hold.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and 999pkr with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification of these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.
Use of the 999pkr platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:
999pkr reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet these requirements.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 999pkr platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, 999pkr may request one or more of the following documents at any stage:
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
All transactions on the 999pkr platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to transactions made via supported Pakistani payment methods.
4.1 Deposits. Deposits may be made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit via mobile wallet is Rs 200. Minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rs 1,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Deposits are credited to your 999pkr wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. 999pkr reserves the right to process withdrawals within up to five (5) business days, though most requests are processed more rapidly.
4.3 Refused Transactions. 999pkr reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where required by our compliance obligations.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not had any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be deemed dormant. 999pkr reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current published fee schedule, provided it notifies you prior to doing so.
All bets placed on the 999pkr sportsbook and all casino game sessions are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, sport, game, or event. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.
5.1 Sportsbook. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. 999pkr reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has commenced unless live in-play betting has been expressly offered for that event. Settlement of bets will be based on official results as published by the relevant sporting body.
5.2 Casino & Slots. All casino games and slots are provided by certified third-party studios and operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are available within the game information panels. 999pkr does not manipulate game outcomes.
5.3 Errors. In the event of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or system malfunction that results in an incorrect bet acceptance, odds display, or game result, 999pkr reserves the right to void the affected transaction. Users will be notified and any affected funds will be reinstated to the account wallet.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999pkr and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from: system outages, internet connectivity failures, third-party payment processing delays, errors in game software provided by certified studios, or force majeure events.
999pkr's total cumulative liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
999pkr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, where:
On account closure for any reason, 999pkr will settle all verified pending bets and, where the closure is not due to a breach by the user, return the verified account balance to the registered payment method within a reasonable period following completion of any required investigation.
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law standards. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. 999pkr operates an internal dispute resolution process: players should first raise complaints in writing to [email protected], and 999pkr will respond within five (5) business days.
999pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of 999pkr services following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account.
